jg_d is the realization of a long held ambition to practice as a self employed architect, returning to the ethics and ethos first experienced in Germany over twenty years ago.

Working for large commercial practices in West Yorkshire has provided a solid foundation for the business of construction as well as the opportunity to work on a wide range of high profile, big budget schemes but the impersonal nature of the service and tired design responses has encouraged a fresh start.

Design is an all embracing term enjoyed by everyone yet often unknowingly – good design is more than simply aesthetics, it can improve people’s lives – and jg_d will approach each challenge with knowledge and passion to consistently exceed aspirations.

jg_d will provide bespoke design services across all sectors, collaborating as appropriate with like minded professionals to offer tailor-made solutions to any design related issues and will happily visit prospective clients to advise on fees, Planning & Building Regulations Applications and other services that may be required without obligation.
